HOW TO GET STARTED

STEP 1

Goal Setting Consultation

During your goal setting consultation, we will walk you through a tour, ask you a series of questions to understand you and your goals then go through how our programs will finally get you the results you have been wanting. This is a complimentary consultation typically lasting 30-minutes in-person here at our beautiful facility.

STEP 2

Nutrition Orientation

All our memberships include customized nutrition coaching and a 1-1 certified accountability coach. Our philosophy is not about fad diets or quick fixes but rather a long-term sustainable approach. During your first 6-weeks we will get you results due to a nutrition plan and someone holding you accountable every step of the way!

STEP 3

TRANSFORM

We can guarantee you a specific result during your first 6-weeks (and after) with us as long as you follow our simple system that doesnt involve diets or agressive workouts. You will work with a certified personal trainer to ultimately acheive your goals, develop habits for life and have fun in the process with our APF Family!

Briana is APF's Head Coach. She has her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer with 3+ years of experience improving her clients functionality, performance and overall health. She also has a passion for nutrition coaching, amazing energy and loves what she does.

Maddie & Symba are our goldendoodle mascots here at APF, also known as "the welcoming committee"! But, don't worry, they are older, don't shed or jump and are very friendly. You can find them sleeping with their head on the scale as a pillow or comforting some of our members when they need the support during exercise to lounging on members mats when they get up LOL!!
