Ryan is the Founder/CEO of APF. He has his Masters Degree in Exercise Science, and is a Board Certified Breakthrough Coach with 10+ years of Coaching and Training thousands of clients.

Briana is APF's Head Coach. She has her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer with 3+ years of experience improving her clients functionality, performance and overall health.

Melissa is APF's Master Coach. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with 5+ years of experience specializing in Body Transformations, Strength & Conditioning and getting her clients amazing results while enjoying the process.
